BOOTCAMP 1.0: MISSION COMPLETE

Last weekend marked the end of our 2022 Bootcamp 1.0.

The 10 week course consisted of one 60 minute session per week, which included skill based/technical work followed by circuit style training.

The course focused on building functional strength. Each session was progressive and everyone benefited from group support and nutrition coaching throughout the week.

"I have loved the 10 week Bootcamp! Sarah is a fantastic coach and she creates a great environment where you feel comfortable regardless of your skill level. Even though you are in a group, Sarah provides specific instructions to help you improve and hone your technique so you can achieve the results you want in the most effective way. She's always available to me and the group via WhatsApp, which has been an awesome tool to bond with everyone and reinforce what we have learned each week. It's been great fun and has made me excited to exercise again. Thank you Sarah!"

Throughout the course we looked at improving and building strength in movements patterns such as squat, hinge, press, push, pull and carry.

Everyone was also provided with nutrition coaching outside of these sessions, receiving personalised targets to help them towards their goal!

The 10 weeks flew by and we couldn't have been luckier with such a wonderful group - who have all now joined our Small Group Training sessions.
